1037: Breathe Is Life – Mantra#1 – Mu A Mu Sa

Good Morning Today is Saturday, the meditation hour here for us right after Christmas. Let’s practice together now with this. Look deep into your mind. Relax. We begin.

Mu A Mu Sa

Friends, put your right hand, the wisdom hand, on top of the left hand, the compassion hand. Make sure you are sitting comfortably. Loosen up your hips and you joints, and you muscles. Just relax it is very helpful.

We always connect with the compassion energy. We fill with that. It flows in our physical body. We all remember, we all live by energy. Sometimes we say we have a lot of energy, or I have low energy today There are so many sources of energy that we take in through the food we eat, through the environment or association with life. Create a good energy. Sometimes we meet friends that create a very bad negative energy. We get tired. But there are other people we meet, we feel excited we feel good, positive energy. That is why we always say live in a positive way and offer that good energy to all. We practice to keep up our positive living. We offer our positive energy to all. There are sources of good energy we forget or don’t remember much because life is too hurried. We don’t have time to go back to the very first gift to us when we were just born. That means the breath of life. Breath is life. That is what we meditate today. Throughout our meditation hour we use our mindfulness technique. Leading our mind back to be with our breath. So therefore we really live our life. Let’s start with the breathing first.

When you breathe in through your nose you move it down to your lower body, you hold it there for three seconds. Your body naturally absorbs the oxygen and converts it to be a good energy flowing within your blood. You concentrate at that point, the heaven gate point. I just like to remind you where the heaven gate is located. Right in front of the tail bone, in front of that we call the heaven gate point. That pressure point helps us deliver the energy flow through your backbone to the top of your head. That is why we breathe in to expand the belly. We hold it there for three seconds and turn on the heaven gate by concentrating there. Then you breathe out. When you breathe out the energy through that gate follows your backbone. So then at the top of your head you feel the energy. There are 100 pressure points at the top of your head. You feel tingling, vibration, you feel the energy liberate and vibrate. Sometimes it is so strong that you body shakes just like the water. You know you meditate on the water, and you watch the water flow. Your thought flows and releases. It is the same thing. You are watching the energy flow within your body. It is very helpful and releases all negative energy. So breath in life.

Just stay with your breathing technique. Breathe in and out, in and out. When you breathe in make sure you take time. Breath is life. It helps your physical body strong. It helps release and clean especially very soon, This is the last Saturday we are practicing together of the year 2020. Next Saturday is going to be the second of the new year. So we are going to practice well. Clean up all negative energy and live positively by breathing correctly. So a new year is coming, or whatever is happening this year is unexpected created suffering will be gone. That is our hope. And our goal to achieve for today, this Saturday. Put our wisdom hand on top of our compassion hand. Relax.

Just remember when you are sounding the mantra, have the sound come from the lower part of your body. When you breath in let the sound go down to the lower part of the body. And have the sound vibrations come from the lower body.

Just keep remaining sitting and do the breathing technique silently. Observe the energy flow. Breath is life. So we are living in the moment right now with our breathing. In and out slowly. Be mindful with the energy. Breathe carefully, slowly, be one with your breathing. This is a guiding energy meditation, so you all recognize all your energy connected with the Buddha. Touching us physically, mentally and spiritually.

This is the last Saturday of 2020. We offer our positive energy to our friends and loved ones, our parents, for the year of 2020 will be gone soon and we will cherish the new year. Thinking of the most important person in our life now, and offer our energy to them right now. Reach out to all of our loved ones. May all of them be peaceful, joyful and healthy. Breath is live we are sending good life to all people through our breath. May all the Buddhas connected with all our friends offer our positive energy to all, that they receive it now. May all the sentient beings be no longer suffering physically mentally and spiritually.  May those who suffer receive our positive energy lighting up their wisdom. May all who are depressed, be relaxed and released and receive good energy to concentrate and stay strong. Just keep breathing in and out. Connect with your body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Discover any party where there is energy and watch. Just relax. Connected to your body, mind, spirit, family friend, Your breath, in and out.

May all who have created suffering for ourselves be forgiven and receive compassion energy from us. May all be shaking the hand with love, cherish life with wisdom, and all be free of suffering. May all connect together and receive the energy from all Buddhas and vibrate ourselves, our spirit, our mind,  throughout the world washing away all negativity and suffering for all to be peaceful and joyful. Just maintain sitting and observing the vibration now in your body. Let the vibrations flow. Thinking about all the people you know that makes you upset, forgive them. Offer our very good breath to them. They don’t know how they created suffering for us. We forgive them. We think of all our loved ones and offer our good energy connected to the Buddha. We all together stand up to refresh our life. Breathe in and out slowly. Buddha says without breathe we die. Be mindful of every single second in our life. Our breathe is very important. Keep your mind on the top of your head with your wisdom and love.

May all, whatever we struggled with this year be gone for the new year coming. Let all remain to receive a good energy through this breath.
